About Us
People First. Always.
At ID Recruitment, we believe recruitment is about more than filling vacancies.
It is about understanding people, building relationships, and helping businesses and candidates achieve long-term success.
Based in Peterborough, we support clients and candidates across the East Midlands and surrounding areas with a straightforward, honest, and people-focused approach. Whether we are helping a business grow its workforce or supporting someone in finding their next opportunity, our goal is always the same: to make recruitment simple, transparent, and effective.

A Different Approach
ID Recruitment was founded on the belief that recruitment should be more personal.
After years of working within the industry, we recognised that many businesses were looking for something different. They wanted a recruitment partner who would take the time to understand their organisation, listen to their challenges, and provide solutions that genuinely worked.
We understand that every business is unique. There is no one-size-fits-all approach to recruitment, which is why we tailor our service around the people we work with.
By taking the time to understand your goals, culture, and expectations, we are able to provide support that goes far beyond simply sending CVs.
